Bosch Timber Floors take out the ATFA award for Retailer of the Year 2022!
The team at Bosch timber floors were thrilled to be announced as winners of the ATFA “Retailer of the Year” for 2022.
The ATFA (Australasian Timber Flooring Association) is the peak body for the timber flooring industry across Australia and New Zealand. The awards are therefore hotly contested amongst a range of categories.
Bosch Timber Floors is a keen supporter of the ATFA and participates in the outstanding training and support offered by them.
Owner of Bosch Timber Floors Richard Catlin noted, “We are always looking for ways to deliver better quality timber flooring and installations, the training and support we benefit from with the ATFA is a key part of this.”
For Bosch timber floors this was the fifth award they have won since 2014 having previously won awards for Individual Floors and as Distributor of the year.
It was the first time that The business has entered the retailer of the year category. “We just felt that in the last two years the area we have improved most is for our retail customers” Catlin add “We’ve really worked hard to make things easier for our customers who have responded so well and we take great pride in the reviews they post after the installation of their floors.”
