Mike Pattison12 March 2026Bosch’s engineered Marri timber flooring is the highlight of our new house that we’ve just moved into. We looked at a number of flooring options during the build, but the natural look of the Marri and the quality of the Bosch product really stood out. It is absolutely beautiful, looking just as the brochure and website show, if not even better. Monique's help was excellent throughout the whole process, from the initial quotation through to the smooth coordination of delivery and installation with the build. The white skirting boards really bring out the shine of the boards, and the natural Marri grain is a marked difference from what was offered in the original building specification for the home. For a few dollars more, we now have a classic, natural, durable timber floor across 70% of the house that is beautiful to look at, feels great underfoot, and is easy to clean. Brendon did a great job with the installation, and our whole experience working with Monique at Bosch Timber Floors in Wangara has been excellent. This time we chose Blackbutt engineered timber flooring. We visited a few stores again before we decided to go ahead with Bosch to make sure their repricing is competitive and have good quality. Monique was very helpful answering all our questions and give suggestions for our new home. The pictures do not reflect the actual beauty. Right from the beginning Monique spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions through the multiple times we visited the showroom. She is so knowledgeable and always replied to our emails promptly. We ended up choosing Blackbutt wide pre engineered flooring and we could not be happier with the result. Marguerite Andel13 March 2024Matt from Aspect Timbers recently laid spotted gum in a number of our rooms including bedrooms , lounge and dining. He also laid timber on the stairs. The meticulousness with which he completed this job was without equal. I have yet to see a better craftsman. The accuracy shown in the precise measuring and fitting around door frames gave a fantastic look and finish. His friendly manner and the way he treated us as clients was a joy explaining small details to reassure and give confidence. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone needing floorboards laid. Narelle Alver15 July 2021We have just moved back into our home after Richard and his contractors installed 225 square metres of solid jarrah floorboards throughout. It is like we have a new home and we are very happy with the service we received throughout. Sam (Diamond Floor Removals), Rick (Wicked Wood) and Jimmy (O'Brien Flooring) were communicative, professional and just nice guys to deal with. Despite family and friends telling us it would be easier to sell our house and buy one with jarrah floorboards, or build a new home and have them installed, the inconvenience of putting our furniture and possessions into storage and living in an AirBnB for 5 weeks was worth it. Monique looked after us with a friendly and helpful attitude from the first time we spoke and carried out this customer service throughout the whole process. We purchased luxury vinyl planks and Monique recommended an awesome installer (Rik RE Flooring) who was also very easy to work with and did an amazing job on our floors. We compared prices amongst some other companies and Bosch was the most reasonable. To be honest, even if we had to pay more to go through Bosch we still would have chosen them due to their great customer service. Some other places we went to basically acted like our business didn't matter and they didn't have time to even quote us. The level of service provided by Monique at the Wangara showroom was exceptional. She guided us through the pro’s and con’s of all the options (wood type, hardwood vs engineered, widths, appearance, hardness) and provided samples to end up with the perfect solution (Engineered Spotted Gum with a brushed finish). The exceptional level of services didn’t finish at the point of sale, Monique arranged the delivery and provided updates through the installation. angela cooper22 June 2019We stumbled on Bosch Flooring Wangara (good old Google) and now are the proud owners of an amazing Brushbox floor. Our first contact to the company was with Monique who was so helpful and spent alot of time with us showing and explaining their vast selection of types of woods, board sizes, the colours and different finishes in their large showroom. When we decided to go ahead. We were given a full itemised cost and a list of their selected few installers along with their qualifications and time spent in the industry and phone numbers of each incase we wanted to ask them any questions before Monique arranged our chosen installer and the schedule for the work. Rick was our installer for the main hallway, Kitchen, Dining and family room. and did an excellent job. we were so pleased with the result we decided to do the rear hallway and as Rick was going on holiday, Monique arranged more wood and another installer Matt all within 24hrs who also did an excellent job. what service!! We went for the satin water based finished this was done by Adam Belcher also recommended by Bosch flooring again great job!! Monique gave the advice we needed to make an informed decision. Also, the product is WA wood which mattered to us! Rick the installer worked tirelessly over the public holiday weekend, amazing commitment. Once complete, Monique arranged for a driver to pick it up 3 packs of left over timber and promptly arranged a refund for said packs. After visiting a few suppliers we decided to use Bosch Timber Floors as their friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff made them clearly stand out from the other companies that we visited. They provided fast and accurate quotes on more than one occasion, as I kept changing my mind on what type of wood I wanted. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient during the selection and ordering process. Bosch also recommended and made arrangements for an installer for the floorboards (Rik) , who did an amazing job and offered a friendly and efficient service. We also used a skirting board installer (Colin Mitchell) recommended by Bosch who also did a brilliant job. Their staff and contractors clearly take great pride in their work and understand the importance of high quality and friendly customer service.
